Authors who publish with JCA agree to the following terms:

  1. Originality: The manuscript has not been previously published, nor is it currently under consideration by another journal (except in the form of an abstract, an academic thesis, or as part of a published lecture).

  2. Approval: The publication has been approved by all co-authors and, if applicable, by the responsible authorities at the institution where the work was carried out.

  3. Copyright and Licensing: Authors retain full copyright of their work and grant the journal the right of first publication. The work is simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY 4.0), which allows others to share, copy, and adapt the work, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original authors and the initial publication in this journal is acknowledged.

  4. Self-Archiving: Authors are permitted and encouraged to post their work online (e.g., in institutional repositories or on their personal websites) at any point before, during, or after the publication process, as this can lead to productive exchanges and greater citation of the published work.
