Article Processing Charge
1. Fee Amount and Payment Timing
As an open access journal that does not charge subscription or access fees to readers, the Vietnam Journal of Catalysis and Adsorption (JCA) requires an Article Processing Charge (APC) to cover the costs of peer review administration, editorial processing, typesetting, and online hosting and archiving.

Standard Charge: $150 USD (or 3,000,000 VND) per manuscript.

Billing Timing: This fee is billed to the submitting author immediately following manuscript submission.

No Additional Hidden Fees: This is a single, all-inclusive charge. JCA does not levy any additional page charges, color figure charges, or publication fees after the manuscript is accepted.
2. Editorial Independence
Payment of the processing charge covers editorial and peer-review handling costs and does not guarantee that the manuscript will be accepted for publication. All submissions undergo rigorous single-blind peer review, and editorial decisions are made solely on the basis of scientific merit and relevance to the journal's scope.
3. Fee Waiver and Sponsorship Policy
JCA does not offer general fee waivers or discounts for individual submissions. Waivers or fee reductions are only granted for manuscripts sponsored by partner institutions, conferences, or organizations under a separate, formal written agreement with the journal.
